I have sold a product on depop to a girl a couple weeks ago, she had text me to tell me it had been delivered but she won’t confirm it. She has been ignoring my messages as she knows if she does not confirm it the money will go back into her account. The payment is currently on hold in my paypal account but if she doesn’t confirm the delivery even though it has been delivered the money will automatically go back to her. How do I get my payment now if she won’t confirm??
Normally funds are released when tracking shows delivery of the item + 1 day, if you don't send trackable then you will get the funds at 21 days.
The buyer only has the option (they don't have to use it) to confirm receipt if the seller marks the transaction as shipped or processed and may get that option but if not then you wait 21 days.
