i transfer money out of paypal to my account on 11/9/18 and i still dont have...and they cant tell me anything....i am a owner of a small business...so when they give me my money..i will close my paypal account.....but if i owed them money they would be charging me for late fees....tranfer fees....and they can take money from me and tell me they r working on it for 5 days now..i can do anything....to me that stealing money..they have my money and cant tell me anything..but we r working on it......
