invalid pin at end of transaction for atm

i have tried to even change my pin and still get the error of in valid pin at the end of the transaction for withdrawing cash from cash card

You might want to try changing your PayPal Cash Card PIN. 

Here's how:

1. Click PayPal Cash Card on your Summary page.
2. Click Manage Card.
3. Click Edit in the PIN section of the tile.
4. Enter and confirm your 4 digit PIN.
5. Click the Change PIN button.

Your new PIN is effective immediately.

Tip: For security purposes, PayPal teammates are unable to reset your PayPal Cash Card PIN.

Here's how to set or change your PIN on the mobile app:

1. Log in to the PayPal app.
2. Click the Settings cog in the top right corner.
3. Click PayPal Cash Card.
4. Click Change PIN.
5. Follow the steps to change/confirm your new PIN.
