I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to transfer money. Are you trying to send a payment to another person, withdraw to a bank or debit card, add money to your account from a bank, or make some other kind of transfer? The community will be better equipped to help with a little more information about what you're trying to accomplish, and what's happening when you try to do it,
