i can't link my card

i tray to add my credit card but the page doesn't load at all and when i reste it ( F5 ) i get that message PayPal: internal error

PS : the banks page work fine

i tested all this clean the cache change the browser change ip ....  nothing works

the problem was solved after contacting paypal
