I want to link my only one bank card to this Paypal, but the system says my bank card has been linked to another paypal, but I have already closed my former Paypal. How can I unlink my bank card to a cancelled Paypal?
Should always remove cards and bank accounts (where possible) before closing an account, for future reference.
Note that typically, one would have used guest caller to discuss a closed or unaccessible account but with Covid situation, maybe they might make an exception.
