Hi I have a friend that sent me money on Jan 8, 2020. He clicked the wrong button to send instead he clicked goods and services. So not only has paypal charged us a fee they won't release the funds until he has contacted them and confirm to release the money. He has done this several times and they still won't release the money. This makes no since why they won't release the money. I did not sell him any goods and i've told them and so has he but they still won't release the money. Got any suggestions? I'm thinking about just refunding his money but i'm afraid he'll keep it and say it's not worth the trouble and he is trying to help us financially, seems paypal is trying to hold the money in their bank as long as they can.
