I'd like to know if i transfer fund in US dollar from my PayPal account into my bank account in UAE which is in AED currency ,, will it be handled by your currency exchange rate or the bank's rate .for instance if your rate is 1 USD = 3.65 and the bank rate is 1 USD = 3.6 ,, which rate is valid when i receive the fund at my bank account .
