i have confirmed receipt of good but payment still on hold for the person i sent the money to and there's no where on PayPal for me to confirm delivery or enter tracking number. is there anyway for you guys to remove the hold or at least tell me when will he have access to the money? there's no family and friend's option in my country so i had to choose the service payment and now my friend can't access the money i sent them
