Paypal 4 digit activation code has not been sent for about a month now.

I was debit and I got a notification but the 4 digit code has not been.

You can only add a credit card in your country, so are you adding a credit visa?

No debit visa,so if I may ask does it means that debit user are restricted to less than $100 transaction ,because i got a notification when i am about to pay for a service that was within the range of $240 dollars.the notification says I will have to upgrade my card
