bank account link problem

Hlo why i dont see the bank link in my account where i cant add bank account i just see there only card option please anyone here to help me figure out

If I can't link my local account to PayPal except a debit card, if I then want to withdraw the money someone sent to me through my PayPal how will I withdraw it.

The money goes to your local bank account which is linked to your debit card. So always check your bank account after receiving paypal.
