I was having a card which is nearly expired date, the dumb mistake that i have did is removing the card instead of editing the expiration date, now when i am adding the card with new expiration date, paypal mentioned the card being declined the 1$ transaction while i have contacted my bank there are no 1$ charges at all from paypal.
