about link my card

i try to update my card and verify  by 4 digit number . if  i not received any sms or verification number ,then   i use to 4  digit number as my card number , so i did try it three times. than that credit card cant link . so please help me to do that .

If you are confirming ownership of a CARD then why would you get a SMS???

The code will show on your CARD STATEMENT but takes a few days to process through so you can use it as per link.

As you didn't bother to wait and entered anything then you will have to contact customer services and see if they can add it for you.

Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
