You have surpassed your yearly transfer limit

Hello guys, can someone let me know what i can do in this case?

i want to transfer some money that i received from my freelance job from PayPal to my credit card yet it tells me that I have surpassed the yearly limit of transferring. I am so confused and do not know what to do. I have added my bank account as well, yet same thing happens...(note: i have already transferred money which i recieved before from the freelance job, for the past 3 months)

Also, I have transferred no more than 2500 euros from march until today thats for sure so i am unsure what limits i have...

Please advise
