You have recently updated your order information

Been using paypal for years and have just got the following message on our account.

'You have recently updated your order information. You’ll get your money within 7 days of verification'

I am a bit concerned as I am not aware of making any changes on paypal and paypal office hours are shut so I cant chat to them.

I have the same issue, someone sent me money and since it is a service, I chose Order processed on the add tracking information, then I got this message displayed:  "You have recently updated your order information. You’ll get your money within 7 days of verification." It is past 7 days but the money is still on hold. How do I solve this? @Karen712
