Hello, I created my bank account a while ago in Vietnam, I'm now living in Europe and would like to transfer money that I receive on my Paypal to my European account, but I can't link my bank account, it tells me "You can only link a bank account in Vietnamese Dong." I have changed all the info of my actual address, country, etc..., what can I do to be able to send my money wherever I want ?
Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
You should really withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts / cancel any subscriptions and close the old Paypal account before you move countries. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved and may need to contact customer services for help to resolve things.

Hello ! Thank you for your answer, yes I did understand that a bit too late as I never used PayPal but had my account created. And if I create a second paypal account for my actual country with a new email and everything, will I pay the same fees as if I was sending money to an other person or does the fee ar less because I'm sending money to myself ?
