Hello, I have just started my business which links to a website called Ytuner. I want to send a payout list to freelancers who work for me ( Sending massive payouts), because normally my list is around 5 to 7 people. You know that it really take a lot of time if I do send money manually. I'm very busy and I really need this function work. I wonder why my account is not available for send massive payout option.
Is massive payout not for Vietnamese national ? Why I can not send it even I have some history that I paid for freelancers service. Last time PayPal had collected my information but there it no signal on the service I asked for.
