Yearly Withdrawal Limit

Hello everyone,
In December 2020 I opened a business paypal account. Shortly after that I linked my bank account to it (and successfully verified it).
Only today (Augist 08 2021) I found out there is a yearly withdrawal limit on my paypal account, set to as low as € 1100.
I tried to figure out how to lift or at least increase it, but without success.
There is no information in my account why that limit exists, nor did I receive in the past 8 months any email from paypal asking me for some additional information (business or personal one) in order for that limit to be lifted.
I also tried to execute the procedure "Account Access" --> "Limits" --> "View" --> "Lift Limits", but it only asked me to (re-)link a bank account again - which I already did (and I was able to withdraw some money until now - i.e. the bank account WAS previously successfully verified).
So, the questions are: why this limit and how could I lift it (or at least increase it)? Thanks anyone for any info!
