Withdrawing money from my PayPal account

I'm kindda new here, needed a PayPal account to enable me receive payments from jobs done online, but I don't know what steps to take to open such an account here in Nigeria. I need help please.

Sorry but Nigeria PayPal account do not have the ability to receive money. Only good for shopping online or sending money for goods and services with a linked credit/debit card. Will have to use another way the online jobs allows to receive payments.
