Withdrawal to mpesa and bank account

I am a new in PayPal, I lifted my withdrawal limit and even got a mail but I think my account still has a limit especially withdrawing via mpesa. I tried to withdraw via bank but also got an error message. Note, the 1st transaction on mpesa went through. Now, trying to do so again after 6hrs, but I get an error message to check on the help desk. What can be the issue? Can someone also furnish me on how we are meant to withdraw'limits' n access availability on mpesa?

Hello, Jepchumba. Welcome to the PayPal Community! Not being able to transfer money out of your PayPal account is a definite concern!

 

In general, if an error message indicates there's a problem with your M-PESA account, it will be necessary to contact Transfer To, the third party vendor that services transfer requests for PayPal and M-PESA. You can contact Transfer To by going to https://www.paypal-mobilemoney.com/m-pesa and clicking on Contact at the bottom of the page.

 

If the error message is from PayPal, it's likely our Security System has taken steps to make sure the transaction and your account are secure. In that situation, it's often helpful to log out of everything on your computer, delete the cookies and temporary internet files, re-start your system, and wait at least 24 hours before making a new, single attempt to withdraw again.

 

If there's still a problem, and the error is coming from PayPal, please check the Resolution Center in your PayPal account to see if there are any issues that need to be resolved and/or please contact PayPal's Customer Service (via phone, email, Facebook or Twitter).
