I recently withdrew funds from my Paypal to a Philippine bank. I was informed that I should've entered my account number instead of my ATM card number. BTW, both are 16 digits. Not really sure how to push through this. Help?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
