Withdrawal of Paypal money

Greetings, A friend in the US has sent me some money via paypal. How can I withdraw this money using my local bank account?

The option to 'receive' paypal payments is sadly not available in your country.
You can only 'send' payments for purchases.

Advice is voluntary.
