Withdrawal from paypal to bank account completed but I still have not received anything

hi, it is the first time I withdraw from paypal to receive on the bank account, Paypal told me that they will need 2-3 days to verify everything. Today at 3 pm have passed these 3 days and in the activities the balance withdrawn for Paypal is completed, as if it had delivered but I still have not received anything on my bank account and I have not even received the email, is it normal? do i just have to wait? or when paypal says operation completed then I should have already received it?

Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.
