Withdrawal could not be completed

HI,

I am having issues withdrawing funds from PayPal to my Mpesa. 

I get the error message below :

Oops, the withdraw could not be completed.

The transaction could not be processed. For more information please contact PayPal at www.paypal.com/ke/selfhelp/home .

Can anyone assist?
