Hi I have funds on hold and Ii told a friend to send me some cash to try maybe it was just the waiting process since the buyer is a new user well I can't withdraw the funds that has shown in my balance so I emailed paypal what the couse could be they say verify ur account I did and have been a long time user and often then they said I put a utility bill I send a token power recipe it's what we use hear they reject I send a rent receipt my water is included in the rent no response up to now .what do I do ?
