I'm trying to withdraw small amounts of money 2-300 Euros from my Paypal account to my Bank account, via a MasterCard which I have used several times in the past to do the exact same thing. The card expires in 2024. I called the bank to ask if there is any new restriction on my card/ account. They told me there is nothing banned and that I can use the card online. I have removed the card and added it again in my Paypal account, but that doesn't change anything.
What is different this time since I have transferred money in July-August is that the card appears in the Instant transfer category. In the past, when it worked, it was Standard Transfer and it took 3-5 days for the money to enter my bank account. But now I can't select Standard transfer. The card is automatically attached to the Instant transfer option, even after I remove and add it again to the Paypal account.
The error message is very vague: When the animation with contacting your bank is displayed it prints only "There is a problem" and that it can't communicate with the bank. But this is false since I have added it again and my bank asked for additional credentials via a Secure 3D payment system called within the Paypal page (This service is also called when I pay online with that card) which also texts me a security code via SMS on my phone.
Any ideas?
