Why does it take so long?

So my bank account is blocked from my paypal, and im waiting a full week.

And PayPal is not unblocking my bank account!

Please help!

There would be a reason for blocking it so why would they just unblock it again?

My netflix was hacked so i reported it and now it takes suuuuuuuuuper long
