Why does it take so long to transfer money from my bank account to PayPal?

I transfered some money from my bank account to my PayPal more than a week ago and the money still ‘pending’ on my PayPal but is already out of my bank account. I tried to contact PayPal but no answer and i don’t know if it is normal and I am really worry, where is my money?!

Which option did you use, paypal to transfer the funds OR you did it via online banking?
