Lately I have been getting a ton of "24 hour delay" on my instant withdrawals and it is getting really annoying. It seems completely random. Everything will transfer just fine one day then the next, boom, a delay. Then after a day or so I will try transferring again and it will go through instantly without any problem. Then two or three days later it I will try and transfer and it will come up with the delay again.
Why is this happening? Does PayPal just not want my business?? These random and seemingly pointless delays seem like a poor business model since they will soon no longer be the primary payment method for eBay.
Can someone explain why this is happening and is there anything I can do to stop it? It doesn't seem to have anything to do with amounts. I transferred nearly $1400.00 a couple of days ago without any delay but tried to transfer $54.00 a few minutes ago and it slammed another delay on me.
