Broken PayPal Links, "Link Bank Account" and "Send Email"

Hi All,
I am trying to add a bank account, but after inputting my account info, the load/processing wheel starts to spin and nothing happens.
It has happened a few times now, and so I tried to contact the customer service via email. The "send email" button doesn't work, but the "cancel" button does. Do they not want to get my email?
Any suggestions or ideas for a fix?

Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.
