Why can't I make a transfer?

I received the email on Friday the 13th saying that I'm eligible to withdraw my money. I keep getting all sorts of error messages Everytime I try. It is now going on Wednesday and I am still unable to withdraw. Someone please help me get my money out of PayPal. I have been waiting far to long and PayPal customer service is no help at all. I don't know why PayPal have to keep doing this to people. It is ridiculous. I just want my money, please.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
