What does billing address mean ?

Hi every body.. 

When I try to link my mastercard to my paypal account , I'm asked to type billing address .

What do you mean by billing address ?

Is billing address the same as s swift address of the bank I taked my mastercard from  ?

Hi nasergarh,

your billing address is the same address that you registered your credit card with.

If you obtained a Master Card from X bank, you would of had to give them a valid address to receive bills and important personal information. 

Your billing address is typically your home address that you primarily use.

So like netspend is somewhere you registered your card with lime if you registered your card with netspend would that be the Billing address for tue card

So I'm playing a game and want to cash out but keep getting asked for my real pay pal account address. I put in my home address but they say no not valid. For me to enter my real pay pal account address. What exactly is that???
