Do a complete scan for malware and viruses on your computer in SAFE MODE. Once you are sure you are clean, you can proceed to change your security questions and password for your Paypal account. Continue to monitor your account as well as any bank accounts or credit cards associated with the account.

You cannot transfer funds from a credit card to another credit card via PayPal.

You may not terminate a transfer of funds. You have to wait for it to complete the authorization, then you can re-transfer the funds back to your bank.

If you bought an item and paid using your bank account, PayPal credits the seller on behalf of the buyer. Then PayPal will try to collect the funds from your bank account. You will NOT see any funds in your PayPal account. Please check your bank account to see if the transfer completed successfully.
