So, I want to connect my Mastercard to PayPal and it says "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later." I am pretty sure I have the correct billing address. even contacted my bank and it says they don't have any limitations. I also have more than 1$ in my account, although it's in GEL, could that be an issue? any suggestions?

I have been trying to make a payment on my account balance for about 4 days and keep getting this message.  I have a question in the community now too to try to see if there is a way to bypass and submit a payment on my account.   I think I will call them.  Good luck.
