First let me say I do understand the policies & procedures of pay pal when it comes to money on hold. By the same token how come I must wait a total of 6 hours to even talk to some one over 4 days. My brother & I are starting a restaurant called Doc. Witherspoon's Soul Food Kitchen. We have had 4 pop ups events and was supposed to have one today. Per our numbers on the last pop ups we lost out on 2 thousand dollars which is ok, but we are not ok with letting customers know they won't get their order due to not having product. We are a start up and we are very upset that we have to wait to talk to someone for 6 hours to state our frustration. I am wondering if this was the best decision for us. Granted I do know there are faster ways to get paid through paypal but we are new and we needed someone to walk us through the process and that just didn't happen. We disappointed a lot of folks today and we never wanted that to happen. We just started!! And when I talked to a supervisor she did not want to hear what I was saying and put all the onus on us. She also said she was the highest in seniority that I could talk to., Please share your thoughts. We are trying to make a living, feed folks great food, and be our own boss. Vey very frustrating!!! Please help me understand......

Apart from the fact you had to wait a while to talk to an agent then I don't actually know what your issue is?
Personally I think 6 hours is pretty good in these pandemic times.
If you know about the policies of the new seller hold then why did you need to speak to them anyway?
