Hi, yesterday I tried withdrawing money from my PayPal balance into my attached bank account and was left with the error message: "we're sorry, something seems to have gone wrong. We're not able to complete this transaction at the moment." All bank accounts and cards attached to my account have been verified and have worked fine beforehand until now. I've checked my account for limitations and it says there are none, however everywhere I search for this error message I'm told its due to a limitation being placed on your account. I've emailed customer support and sent a message online and had no response, and want to know if there is any way to fix this, as I really need to be able to access the money in my account. Any help is appreciated as right now I can't withdraw anything.
