Under 18, how to withdraw funds.

I earn money selling my old clothes and shoes, and I have around £1200 in my paypal balance. When I sent in my passport they said Im 17 years old and that I am underage which is true but I now have the problem of having money that I cant withdraw, does anybody know what steps I can approach. I tried calling customer service since i have the same issue and want to withdrawl my balance and transfer it my my mothers acount but the customer service line is down due to Covid-19. How do i receive my money? @PayPal_Carlos

Hello so i created a PayPal (I'm under age btw) to sell some pc's and now the account is limited i know it was a dumb decision but i want to know how to withdraw the money since i already sent the pc, please i really need an option since it wont let me withdraw with my parents card even though it let me withdraw earlier.

Paypal does not allow account holders under the age of 18.
PayPal asks for a birth date when you register so whilst you can make a PayPal account with false information the account will need to be verified to accept funds into your balance or lift any limits.
As you would be unable to verify your account it would be locked for further use.

Minors can’t enter legal contracts so you won’t have any recourse to get your money back until you were 18 unless Paypal were happy to release it to a parent or guardian for you.
