Unable to withdraw funds

My account had a restriction as I received a payment of £2800 from IG trading. They locked my account and asked for additional info as it was a large transaction. They approved the info I provided and advised I can now withdraw the money. I still can’t withdraw the money and have contacted them every way possible (emailing and messaging them on their systems), I’ve also tried adding different bank accounts and trying to withdraw to them. Nothing works and PayPal won’t respond. Is there anything else than can work? If I have no luck I will have to contact the ombudsman or go to a small claims court.

Are you withdrawing to a bank account and not a debit card?

Is the bank account confirmed with the 4 digit code?

Does the name on the bank account exactly match the name on your paypal account?

Have you waited 24hours since they said you can withdraw?

Are the funds cleared and not pending AND in the correct currency?
