I've been unable to withdraw cash from PayPal using the PayPal Mobile Money Service with M-PESA for the two days now. It keeps bringing up "The transaction could not be processed. For more information please contact PayPal." I've gone ahead to chat with a PayPal person but was not given any solution. Anyone with an idea of how I can handle this issue?
