I have had my account since 2012, but have only recently began using my account. I have $50 USD and have successfully linked my account to my prepay card. But when I go to transfer the balance it says to provide a number to verify that it is me. I've followed every step. The numbers are linked to my account but when it behind the transaction it says... Unable to confirm its you... I am so frustrated and angry I could spit nails... Somebody help me please!
