UNAUTHORIZED transaction

On rhe 24th of May 2020, a transaction was initiated by PayPal without an authorization from me. The deduction was for grammarly but it was unsuccessful. However, PayPal deducted money from my UBA savings account, hitherto PayPal failed to refund my $60 and also failed to respond to my messages. When I contacted grammarly, I was told that no payment was made. I humbly urge paypal to refund my token as soon as possible. Already I am an economic victim of COVID-19, PayPal please do not add to my burdens. The responses I got from PayPal are simply automated ones which I feel is not answering or solving my query.

I'm sorry to hear you've run into some unrecognized activity on your account. If you need to report any unauthorized activity through your PayPal account, you can do so through our Resolution Center. Here's a great Help Center article that can guide you through that process: How do I report an unauthorized transaction or account activity?

 

If you do not see the transaction in your PayPal history, we recommend contacting your funding source to see what options you have to report that transaction. You will also want to make sure you change your password and security questions by following these steps here
