Transferring payment to my checking bank account

I am trying to withdraw my money in PayPal but it does not give me a withdraw option, only to refund to person who originally sent me the money. I have searched the trouble shooting but don’t have withdraw options.

You're looking at the wrong place. After logging into the website, if the funds are in your available PayPal balance, click "Transfer Money" on the summary page (right under the balance amount), then click Transfer to bank.

@sharpiemarker where can I find where my available balance is? I was notified that I have activity and money was received under that Summary and activity tabs but no where it says available money.

The available balance is on the Summary page. If there is no available balance then there may be a "Pending Balance". Look for the payment in your account  activity and click on it to see if the funds is subject to the 21 day PayPal hold.
