Why is my transaction not working? I cant transfer to my bank ,send to a friend or family member, move money to a different card? I can't link it to google pay either. Unfortunately I'm waiting for my paypal card to come in the mail. There is nothing saying there is limitations on my account and everything is verified on my account. I have money I need in my account asap. Only option I have for money and I can't get it. What is the problem?
