Transferred money to BDO Card number instead of account number

Hi! I mistakenly tranferred money to my BDO Card number instead of account number last Feb1. Until now, the money hasn’t bounced back to my paypal account and it’s not also reflected in my bank account. It’s been 9 days. I read others say they did the same and 3-5 days later the money appeared back in their paypal account. But mine hasn’t yet and it’s been 9 days. Help.
