Hello I have to recive to my paypal account a money transfer from italy card (paypal account italy) . Money arived on my account but i can not transfer to my card I'm in Moldova and i have to asociated card to my paypal account but when inwant to transfer i get an error My bank can not make a instat transfer How tondo?
