I received an 18$ transfer from my friend and could not transfer it to my bank account. It shows on my paypal dashboard that I currently have 17.18$ money total received but my paypal balance is 0. Could someone please clarify to me how I can transfer the 17.18 $ quote to my bank account ( it doesn't allow me on paypal).
