Transfer of paypal balance to bank card

Good Day

I'm struggling to transfer money from my Paypal balance to bank account. If I click on transfer money, it does not pick my bank account which is linked up.

Also all my information is South Africa, but my paypal balance is in dollar and I cannot get it even right to get south africa on the list is I click on add currencies.

In South Africa, you can only withdraw to bank account, not to a bank card.
