Transfer To Bank Button Missing

Hi, Why there is no any option for me to transfer funds to bank. When I clicked the transfer to bank they show blank page???

I understand you're having trouble transferring money to your bank, and I'm sorry to hear that. A few things that might help are clearing your cache and cookies, using a different device or web browser, or even the PayPal Mobile App. If needed, you can reach Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal website. Support is also available through Facebook Private Message or Twitter Direct Message.
