Transactions are being pending for 45 days already

Good day ,

Our client paid us and  his credit card got charged , Paypall team charged the card however they are reviewing the transaction already for 45 days 

and another transaction for 1 month already from the same client , is it normal ? Like wtf ? They don't send any emails if they require anything extra 

Can somebody help. 

I called their freaking Philippines call center 25 times , they told me I just need to wait .
