I am new to selling things. My client paid an invoice of $2.2k on 12/14. I followed the instructions of updating the status to no tracking required because the site says that will release my funds in 7 days. Yet I am now being told that my funds will not release for a full 21 days. I am unable to speak to a human who can provide any useful information. I have two questions:
- Why didn't the instructions to speed the release work?
- What is the net benefit to using PayPal if I can't access my funds to pay expenses related to the services I provide? Are there better solutions? My bank has recommended Elavon's invoice and billing platform.
